Priscilla
CEO, Founder

With years of experience in the music industry, Priscilla has built a career as both an A&R and artist manager, working closely with talent while also serving as a creative director, designer, and editor. Sharing a unique experience as an artist, ASCAP member, producer, and songwriter, Priscilla has witnessed firsthand how often labels prioritize profit over people. Ethelia Records was founded in response—a community built to support artists’ creative visions. At its core, Ethelia is a space where the music comes first and numbers come second—an artist-centered support system for independent musicians.

The Ethelia Records Internship Program gives students interested in the music industry a real, behind-the-scenes look at how it all works.

Interns gain hands-on experience across several areas of the label, learning the practical ins and outs of music production, promotion, and artist development while working alongside seasoned professionals.
